Nepal Floods

Flash floods have hit the Nepal-China border, with approximately 2,500 people still missing after the catastrophic event.

A number of South Africans are among those affected, with six reported missing in the floods, prompting searches for information on the disaster.

International Response

Nepal has indicated that it requires technical assistance rather than search and rescue help, as the situation continues to unfold.
